CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an empirically validated therapy approach. There have been numerous studies on efficacy of CBT including internet based CBT. Typically CBT includes 12 to 20, 45-minute weekly meetings that are called therapy sessions face-to-face with an individual therapist.
wayForward uses the concepts of CBT and teaches you skills and techniques that are core to CBT, to help you achieve your goals by overcoming anxiety.

ABC Model

ABC Model of psychological functioning employs the idea that our Thoughts (Cognitions) influence Feelings (Affect) and Behavior. Hence, the 3 are interconnected, and changing our Thoughts can change our feeling of anxiety or anxiety related behavior.
